During the Press Gaggle with Trent Duffy yesterday, Duffy stated that one of the ways to fight the war on terror is by
"giving law enforcement the tools to protect us from terrorism like the Patriot Act." [emphasis mine]
While I don't think that's what he meant, I do agree that the Patriot Act is a threat to our civil liberties.
